Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistic Cell (NLC) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of furniture for offices located at its Log Park facilities in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi. This single-stage two-envelope tender under PPRA Rule 36(b) comprises separate technical and commercial quotations to furnish and equip NLC offices across these major cities in Punjab and other provinces. Tenders are open to authorized and competent firms meeting all eligibility criteria and holding relevant trade licenses. Bidders must submit a tender fee of Rs 2,000 and provide bid security of Rs 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Only) with their offer. Failure to attach the required bid security will result in immediate rejection of the offer. All participating firms must demonstrate technical and commercial capability to deliver quality furniture within the specified timeframe.
Sealed tenders must be submitted at HQ NLC Rawalpindi on or before 29 June 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours on the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 June 2026 at 1030 hours at HQ NLC Harding Road Support Branch Conference Room to address queries and clarifications.
