Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invite electronic procurement bids for a framework contract covering eleven furniture items for fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is four million Pakistani Rupees, with procurement scope encompassing supply and delivery of furniture to support hospital operations in Faisalabad, Punjab. This is an item-wise competitive bidding process open to well-reputed firms registered on the E-PADS (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform in relevant categories.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and are required to submit bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft, or pay order from any scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to two percent of the total contract value as a certified cheque, bank draft, or bank guarantee, refundable upon successful completion of contract obligations. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or illegible bids will be rejected.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives.
