DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invite electronic bids for a framework contract of printing items for fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is 8 million rupees, and the contract will be awarded to qualified vendors registered on the E-PADS (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. This is an item-wise bidding process for essential printing materials and services required by both healthcare institutions located in Faisalabad.
Bidders must be well-reputed firms registered on E-PADS in relevant printing categories. Eligible bidders shall submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order made in favor of the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad. The successful bidder will be required to deposit performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and PPRA regulations. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected.

Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Medical Superintendent.
