Upgradation and Improvement of Chief Officer Residence by Municipal Committee Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors, firms and companies for the upgradation and improvement of the residence of the Chief Officer located at Committee Bagh road in Chakwal, Punjab. This construction and renovation project is valued at Rs. 25,000,000 and is being procured through the Punjab e-Procurement Authority (e-PADS) system. The work involves comprehensive upgradation and improvement of the existing Chief Officer's residential property to enhance its condition and functionality.

Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active filer status including valid NTN and PNTN. Contractors and firms must submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,250,000, in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque made payable to the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Chakwal. Insurance bonds are not accepted. Bidders must possess all mandatory documents and comply with PPRA regulations. Submission of fake, forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification, referral to PPRA and PEC for legal action, and blacklisting by MC Chakwal.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through e-PADS on or before 23 June 2026 up to 11:05 AM. Hard copies of bid documents are not accepted except for the bid security, which must be submitted in original and photocopy form at the office of MC Chakwal by 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:35 AM through e-PADS using single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall quote item-wise rates against each DNIT or BOQ item in both figures and words. Percentage-based bids are not accepted. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
