Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-Faisalabad Division invites sealed technical and financial proposals for the hiring of cleaning services for the Model Cattle Market, Jhang City, Punjab. This is a framework contract procurement conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage-Two Envelope Building Procedure. The procurement notice number is PCMMDC-FD/Admin-02/2026-27, with an estimated total project value of approximately Rs. 9,963,480. The scope encompasses four distinct service lots: hiring of water bowser with fuel and driver (estimated Rs. 1,456,000), hiring of front blade tractor with fuel and driver (estimated Rs. 561,600), hiring of loader rickshaw with fuel and driver (estimated Rs. 748,800), and hiring of cleanliness manpower (estimated Rs. 6,197,280). The project is located in Jhang City and fall under Punjab province administration.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms or sole proprietors with valid Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (STRN) certificates. A bid security equal to five percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-Faisalabad Division, to be received at the procuring agency office 235 RB, Niamoana, Samundari Road, Faisalabad at least half an hour before the tender opening time. Bidders must submit complete and authentic documentation; submission of fake information or documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future PCMMDC-Faisalabad Division tendering processes. Incomplete proposals shall not be considered.
Intending bidders must submit signed stamp documents including technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal by or before June 25, 2026 at 11:30 AM; manual bids are not acceptable. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day, June 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM through E-PADS in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently on a date to be announced. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date of submission.
