Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority invites bids for a Service Level Agreement for repair and maintenance services of civil works and facilities at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) located in Islamabad. This procurement is for professional civil engineering services to ensure the airport's infrastructure remains in optimal operational condition. The contract will be awarded through electronic bidding via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must possess a valid license or certification from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 with specification code CE-10 for civil engineering services. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft from an approved schedule bank. Interested bidders are required to obtain detailed e-bidding documents containing full qualification criteria, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and requirements from the EPADS portal.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Divisional Engineer ES Civil, IIAP Islamabad.
