Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Lahore Division invites sealed e-bids for two special repair and maintenance works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 for the Lahore Division. The first work involves special repair provision of water supply arrangements at HS Tank No.1 and water supply pipe line in Okara station yard on SWAL-LHR Section, with an approximate cost of Rs. 2,184,000 and bid security of Rs. 50,000. The second work comprises special repairs to East and West Cabins at Qila Sheikhupura Railway Station Yard on SDR-SLL Section, valued at Rs. 6,445,195 with bid security of Rs. 130,000. Both projects are located in Punjab province and are scheduled for completion within three months from the date of contract award.
Bidders must be registered FEC contractors with valid NTN number appearing on FBR Active Tax Payer List and GST registration, holding valid specialization code CF-10 or above. Bid security must be submitted as a scanned copy of the CDR issued by the State Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore. Bids must be accompanied by all required supporting documents as specified in the tender bidding documents and must comply with PPRA Rules for eligibility and evaluation.
Tender documents are available free of cost from https://e-procure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids through E-Paks Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) before 11:00 hours on 26-06-2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-III, Pakistan Railways Lahore, in the presence of representatives of bidding firms. The tender notice is also published on www.pakrail.com and PPRA website viewsite.ppra.org.pk. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules.
