Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation invites tenders for the renovation of Room 503 to establish a Security Operation Center at the 5th Floor of NTC Headquarters Building located in G-5/2, Islamabad, Federal Province. This renovation project is referenced as HQ/ADV-51/2025-26 and encompasses complete renovation and setup of the SOC facility with all necessary infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and other installations. The scope includes structural work, finishing, and all related civil and mechanical installations to create a fully operational security operations center meeting NTC's specifications and requirements.
Bidders must be registered entities capable of executing renovation and civil works projects. Valid tender security (earnest money) of PKR 100,000 is required from all participating bidders, to be submitted through bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of NTC HQ G-5/2 Islamabad. Documentary evidence of company registration, licenses, and certificates as per eligibility criteria must accompany the proposal. A duly filled Bill of Quantity and company profile are mandatory documents for bid submission. Performance security will be required within 7 days of tender acceptance and will be released after the 6-month maintenance period.
Bids must be submitted in PDF format exclusively through the PPRA EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 1100 hours on July 08, 2026. Hard copies, email submissions, and fax submissions will not be accepted. The tender committee will open bids at 1130 hours on the same date at NTC HQ G-5/2 Islamabad in the presence of bidders' representatives. The work completion period is 45 days from issuance of work order following 7 days of tender acceptance. For any EPADS clarification, bidders may contact PPRA Helpline at UAN 051-111-137-237.
