State Life Insurance Corporation, Central Zone Lahore invites sealed bids through the EPADS portal under Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure for the supply of drinking water to its Zonal and Regional Offices located at 4-Lytton Road, Mall Road, and Davis Road in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated cost of procurement is Rs. 1,200,000 with an approximate monthly consumption of 400 plus 19-litre bottles. The successful vendor will be required to supply water to the Zonal Office, Regional Office, HRD Department, and FMD Training Academy without any additional charges. Vendors must provide at least 12 dispensers on a complimentary and returnable basis throughout the agreement period.
Bidders must be duly registered with income tax authorities and GST, and also registered on the EPADS system. They are required to possess a valid NOC or license from the concerned water supply authority. All bidders must submit a bid security amount of Rs. 60,000 (including taxes) as earnest money in the form of a CDR or pay order favoring State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan at the Secretary ZPC Office before office closure on the bid opening date. Non-submission of bid security will result in bid rejection. Proof of active registration with tax authorities and regulatory bodies must be attached. Bidders must provide an affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper regarding their eligibility and must have at least 05 satisfactory reports from reputable public or private clients during the last three years.
Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS system as per PPRA procedure for Single Stage Single Envelope method. The closing date and time for bid submission is 29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids opening on the same date at 11:00 AM. The rate per bottle must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and will be compared among technically qualified bidders to determine the most economical bidder.
