Construction of Store Room at Central Transport Unit by International Islamic University

The International Islamic University, Islamabad invites sealed tenders on item rates basis for the construction of a store room at the Central Transport Unit of IIUI. This project is located in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and is open to well-reputed established contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at grade C-6 or above. The tender cost is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) and the completion period is three months from the date of commencement. The estimated contract value for this construction work includes all labour, material, scaffolding, tools, plant and all types of taxes as per the tender conditions. Tenderers must quote for the complete scope of work as partial submissions will be rejected as non-responsive.

Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC at C-6 grade or higher. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid cost in the form of a pay order or bank draft favouring International Islamic University, Islamabad. Tender security may be forfeited if a tenderer withdraws during the validity period, fails to sign the contract after award, or does not accept the correctness of their tender price. All bids must include valid PEC registration certificate and Income Tax Certificate; bids submitted without these documents will be treated as cancelled.

Tender documents are available on the websites of IIU, PPRA and EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m., and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the office of the Additional Director (Civil), Directorate of Works, International Islamic University, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Hard copies of bids along with original CDR, valid PEC registration and Income Tax Certificate must be submitted.
