Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the procurement of spares for Solar Taurus T-60 gas turbine compressors, specifically 30 units of 12-volt batteries with 29-33 plates and 200-250 ampere-hour (AH) capacity as per technical specifications. This open bidding tender is issued under reference number SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2162184 with a total fixed bid bond amount of PKR 40,000. The procurement scope covers supply and delivery of the specified battery units to support operational requirements across SSGC's facilities in Sindh province. The tender is published through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8 March 2023 governing electronic procurement in Pakistan.
Bidders must be registered participants in EPADS and are required to submit a physical bid bond of PKR 40,000 to the SSGC Tender Room at the Head Office before the bid submission deadline, along with a scanned copy uploaded to EPADS. All bidding documents must be signed and stamped as required, and bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications outlined in the Schedule of Requirement. The tender fee is free of cost. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the opening date, with bid bond validity extending to 150 days. Any modifications to the bid or price schedule will render the submission conditional and liable for rejection.
Tender documents are available for download exclusively through EPADS after registration. Bidders must submit their completed bids electronically on EPADS before the closing deadline of 30 June 2026 at 12:00 (noon). Physical bid bonds must be deposited at the SSGC Head Office Tender Room in Karachi prior to electronic bid submission. Delivery of all 30 battery units is required within 90 to 120 days following purchase order confirmation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder.
