Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, a public sector university, invites sealed bids for the procurement of chemicals, glassware and equipment through the ePak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) on a single-stage single-envelope basis. This tender is open to Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms and companies that are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is being conducted for the Abbottabad Campus, located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, to support the university's laboratory and academic operations.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria, including valid Income Tax and GST registration with FBR and active status on the ATL. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 is required in the form of a call deposit or bank draft (refundable) drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9010420-7). The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, while the hard copy along with the sealed bidding document must be submitted physically to the university on the closing date.
Bidders should register on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk to submit their tender documents. The closing date for bid submission is June 30, 2026, by 1100 hours, and bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours at the Purchase Office, Admin Block, COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus.
