Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the provision of janitorial services at its Transmission Office located on Rawalpindi Road near Zahid Floor Mill Bahadar Kot Kohat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The contract is for a period of one year, extendable with mutual consent on a one-stage two-envelope basis. Reference number ADMIN: KOHAT-T: 4.16(J) identifies this tender enquiry, with submission deadline of 01-07-2026 by 10:00 hours at the Transmission Office. The scope includes comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services as detailed in the Schedule of Requirement (Annexure-B), with all work to be performed to SNGPL's specifications and standards.
Eligible bidders must meet the technical evaluation criteria outlined in Annexure-A-I, demonstrate relevant work experience per Annexure-A-III, and provide an undertaking as per Annexure-A-IV. All bidders are required to submit a bid bond or security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Demand Draft, or Pay Order amounting to Rs.150,000 in SNGPL's favor. The tender documents fee is Rs.2,500 payable by valid CDR or Bank Draft. Bids must remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of submission; shorter validity may be considered non-responsive at SNGPL's discretion. Since this tender is processed on PPRA EPAD system, bidders must upload their bids electronically while also submitting hard copies at the undersigned office address.
Both technical and financial bids must be enclosed in separate sealed envelopes marked Technical & Financial Bid and placed in an outer envelope labeled Confidential and Tender for Provision of Janitorial Services with the tender enquiry number. Bid submission is at the Executive Officer Admin, SNGPL Transmission Office, Rawalpindi Road near Zahid Floor Mill Bahadar Kot Kohat (KPK).
