Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the provision of janitorial services at its Transmission Office located on Rawalpindi Road near Zahid Floor Mill Bahadar Kot Kohat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The contract period is one year, extendable with mutual consent on a one-stage two-envelope basis. This tender enquiry reference number ADMIN: KOHAT-T: 4.16(J) seeks qualified service providers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility. Bidders should note that all quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from submission date, and bids received with shorter validity may be marked non-responsive at SNGPL's discretion. Provision of janitorial services must strictly conform to the Schedule of Requirement provided in the tender documents.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders possess relevant experience in similar service provision and submit all required clarifications and clientele details with their bids. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of a CDR, bank draft, demand draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in SNGPL's favor. Technical bids will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in Annexure-A-I, with financial bids of technically responsive bidders opened in the presence of their representatives. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions specified in the tender documents, which will become binding if the contract is awarded.
Tender documents are available for inspection at SNGPL's Transmission Office in Kohat. The tender document fee is Rs. 2,500, payable via CDR or bank draft. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial bid envelopes must be received by 10:00 AM on 01-07-2026 at the office of the Executive Officer Administration, SNGPL Transmission Office, Rawalpindi Road near Zahid Floor Mill Bahadar Kot Kohat.
