Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a single stage two envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b) for outsourcing operations of the Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club F-9 in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The project scope encompasses operation, maintenance and transfer (OMT) services for this heritage facility located in sector F-9. The bid security required is Rs. 2,000,000 and detailed work specifications are available in the RFP document. This procurement is open to well-reputed firms who can demonstrate their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the tender documents.
Prospective bidders must be registered on the E-PADS portal and are required to submit technical and financial bids in separate envelopes. Technical bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA, with a scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS and the original document provided at bid opening. Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and qualification requirements as specified in the RFP documents to be considered for evaluation.
The electronic bidding document (RFP) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions will be available to registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 10th June 2026. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 2nd July 2026 at 1200 hours; manual bids will not be accepted as per e-Pak regulations 2023. Technical bids will be opened at 1230 hours in the office of Director (P&CA-II), Room No. 31, First Floor, Block-03, CDA Headquarters G-7/4, Islamabad.
