Description / Scope of Work
The Works & Services Department of the Government of Sindh invites proposals for the selection of a lead architectural firm in collaboration or association with a consultant firm for detailed architectural, structural design, preparation of engineering estimates, bidding documents and detailed construction supervision services for the construction of four court buildings at Moro, Sindh. This Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines the consultancy requirements for the project management and implementation of the judicial works. The project is being procured through the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method, which evaluates both technical quality and financial competitiveness of submitted proposals.
Eligibility criteria for participating consultants include registration with relevant professional bodies, demonstrated experience in similar architectural and structural design projects, technical capacity, and compliance with all statutory requirements. Interested firms must provide evidence of prior successful completion of comparable projects, qualified personnel with relevant certifications, and adequate financial standing. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Superintending Engineer (Judicial Works), Project Management & Implementation Unit, Works & Services Department, Government of Sindh within the specified deadline. The evaluation process will assess proposals based on technical merit, experience, and financial reasonableness.
