The Municipal Committee Pasrur invites sealed bids for establishing a nursery in Nawaz Sharif Park under a single stage single envelope bidding process. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 4,800,000. This procurement is for the establishment of a nursery facility within the municipal limits of Pasrur, Punjab, to enhance green spaces and environmental development in the city. The project scope encompasses all design, construction, planting, and initial establishment works as detailed in the bidding documents and technical specifications provided by the Municipal Committee. Tenderers are required to be registered with relevant authorities and possess necessary experience in nursery establishment and horticultural projects. Bidders must submit earnest money as security along with their tender, and the tender amount must include all applicable taxes, duties, and obligations. The bid security will be forfeited in case of withdrawal or non-performance. Bid documents are available for purchase from the Municipal Committee office, and the cost of document preparation and submission shall be borne entirely by the bidder. Sealed tenders must be submitted in a single envelope format by the specified closing date and time to the office of Municipal Committee Pasrur. The tender will be opened at a scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, and evaluation shall be conducted as per the published criteria and conditions of contract detailed in the bidding documents.
