Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center invites sealed bids for the provision of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for hardware maintenance service under tender reference PAC'S PRO/48/2026. This procurement is for comprehensive hardware maintenance services covering the Institute's information technology infrastructure. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support, spare parts management, and performance guarantee mechanisms to ensure optimal uptime and operational continuity of critical IT systems supporting the Institute's medical and research operations in Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authority and possess valid business registration credentials. Bidders should demonstrate technical competence and experience in providing hardware maintenance services to healthcare institutions or similar organizations. A bid security amount as specified in the bid data sheet must be submitted with the proposal.
