Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from registered firms, contractors, suppliers, and dealers for the procurement of stationery, toners, and miscellaneous items including computer stationery for the Financial Year 2026-27. This is a single tender opportunity for supplies required across the ministry's operations in Islamabad. The procurement shall be executed under PPRA Rules through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, with selection of the successful bidder based on Least Cost Based Selection criteria, subject to fulfillment of all technical specifications, terms, conditions, and responsibilities outlined in the tender document.
Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Departments and possess their own offices, stock, and manpower expertise in the procurement of works and services. A bid security of Rs. 210,000 (refundable) in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination is mandatory and must be submitted separately with each bid. Bids without adequate security or insufficient amounts shall be declared non-responsive. All applicable government taxes, duties, and levies as prevailing at the time of supply or work order shall be included in the quoted rates, with statutory changes applicable in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 29 June 2026 by 11:30 AM (closing time). Bids shall be opened electronically by the Purchase Committee on the same date at 12:30 PM in the Committee Room, 3rd Floor, MoCC&EC, Islamabad, in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
