Hotel Services for PIACL Cabin Crew at Karachi

Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIACL), the national flag carrier, invites sealed bids from quality hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the hiring of hotel services for PIACL cabin crew at Karachi. This tender encompasses accommodation and related facilities for airline crew members stationed or transiting through Karachi, Sindh. The scope includes provision of rooms, meals, and ancillary hotel services as detailed in the bidding documents.

Eligible bidders must be registered hotels with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for hiring of hotel services. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of PKR 15,000 (non-refundable) along with their technical proposal. All bids must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and must comply with PPRA rules and regulations.

Bidding documents are available electronically on the PIA Website at www.piac.com.pk, the FPRA Website at www.ppra.org.pk, and through the PPRA E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender fee is PKR 15,000 (non-refundable), payable by pay order in the name of PIACL. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 20-06-2026 at 10:30 hours (PST), with opening scheduled for 11:00 hours the same day. Manual bid submission without E-PADS is not permitted. The original pay order for tender fee and bid security must be submitted with the hard copy of the technical proposal to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi. PIACL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender process at any stage in line with PPRA rules.
