Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, through its Project Management Unit, invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Danish School at Tamoo Muhammad Khan, Sindh. This is a major construction project with an estimated cost of PKR 2,651,901,337 and a bid security requirement of PKR 132,595,066. The project scope encompasses the full establishment and construction of the school facility at the specified location in Sindh province. The tender is open to all potential bidders registered on the EPADS platform and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria outlined in the bid document available from the Project Engineer's office and on the EPADS website.
Interested firms must apply through the technical envelope with duly stamped and signed documentation including the firm's name, address, signature of the authorized representative, and complete submission details. The bid security shall be submitted in the form of a cash deposit or demand draft bearing the name of the Project Director PMU from a scheduled bank of Pakistan included in the technical envelope. Bidders are required to comply with all instructions contained in the bidding documents, and the Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any bid at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 02:00 PM on 7 July 2026. Electronic bids will be opened using EPADS on the same day at 02:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:30 AM on 18 June 2026 for clarification. The bidding process follows Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-PA Procurement Regulations 2023, and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
