Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids on a single-stage, two-envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms and companies for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS King Hamad Institute of Nursing and Associated Medical Sciences (KHINAMS), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, Punjab. This procurement is advertised through PPRA E-PADS portal and is open to registered contractors with relevant experience in similar civil construction works. Detailed specifications and terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents available through Annex A.
Interested bidders must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the specified field and must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must submit separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as per standard procurement guidelines. Bid Security equivalent to two percent of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Bank Draft in favor of NUMS is mandatory. A non-refundable Pay Order or Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS during working hours is required to obtain further information or clarification from the Procurement Directorate.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of the required payment. The last date for submission of bids is Wednesday, 8th July 2026 by 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS ATR, Adiyal Road (opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi. Bidding shall be conducted through PPRA E-PADS and all participants must register on the platform. Late, incomplete or bids submitted through email or fax shall not be entertained.
