Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of air conditioners under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement initiative is part of the Strengthening of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan project funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). The project is located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Eligible firms must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
Bidders are required to submit separate Technical and Financial Bids through the EPADS portal at www.kp.epacksure.gov.pk following the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. A Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid cost must be submitted from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The original CDR shall be submitted in accordance with EPADS requirements. All tender applications must be submitted via EPADS by the eligible firms with the Demand Draft Pay Order for tender fee and the 2% Call Deposit Receipt physically submitted to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies must also be uploaded to EPADS along with the bid.
Tender documents must be accompanied by a Demand Draft Pay Order of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) as a tender document fee in favor of Treasurer AWKUM. The deadline for bid submission is June 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM.
