Description / Scope of Work
The Government Wood Working Service Centre (TEVTA) Rawalpindi, operating under the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority of Punjab, invites applications for prequalification of manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, firms and goods transporters for the financial year 2026-27. The centre intends to procure goods and services across multiple categories including finished and semi-finished furniture items, general store items, composite steel furniture fabrication, and transportation services. Prequalification is open to all registered manufacturers, fabricators and suppliers on PPRA Punjab and related departments who wish to participate in the procurement process for essential materials including pipe material, wooden and metal furniture components, plastic components, raw materials, hardware, board material, paint material, foam and relevant services.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers or firms registered with the Sales Tax, Income Tax and PRA Punjab departments as applicable. All interested parties are required to submit complete applications including necessary documentation and prequalification fees. Applications must be uploaded on the EPADS portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 pm. Incomplete submissions or applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
The prequalification fee is Rs. 20,000 (non-refundable) payable to TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi via bank draft, pay order or CDR, which must accompany the application. Prequalification documents will be available at no cost immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and TEVTA website (www.tevta.gop.pk).
