Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited invites sealed bids for the hiring of janitorial services at Multan Station. This tender is referenced as GMCM/Janitorial/MUX/01/26 and is open to companies and firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope encompasses janitorial and cleaning services at the Multan airport station. Bidders may download detailed tender documents electronically from PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), PIA website (www.piac.com.pk), or the E-PADS procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login). The tender document price is PKR 15,000 (non-refundable), payable by pay order in the name of PIACL with the technical proposal.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Local bidders must submit a bid security (earnest money) of PKR 200,000 as a pay order in the name of Pakistan International Airlines, which is refundable. All mandatory technical requirements are specified in the tender schedule. Bidders must affix company seals on all documents and clearly mention the tender reference on the top right corner of properly sealed envelopes. The successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the total contract value for one year.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through E-PADS portal on or before 29 June 2026 at 10:30 hours Pakistan Standard Time, with original pay orders for tender fee and bid security submitted alongside the hard copy of the technical proposal to the GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders; financial proposals will be opened subsequently after technical evaluation.
