Central Ordnance Depot Karachi, a Pakistan Army installation located on Rashid Minhas Road in Karachi, Sindh, invites tenders for conservancy services covering the COD Estate Area. The tender is for procurement of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the depot's residential and administrative facilities. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period to qualified service providers meeting the depot's operational requirements.
Interested firms must submit bids on their official letterhead with a written request to obtain tender documents. Tenders must be complete, unambiguous, and unconditional; incomplete or conditional submissions will be rejected. Bidders should ensure compliance with all specified requirements and terms outlined in the tender documents. The Commandant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at his discretion.
Tender documents are available from the Quarter Master Branch, Central Ordnance Depot Karachi during office hours from 0830 to 1500 hours. Sealed bids must be deposited in the tender box located at Quarter Master Branch by 1100 hours on 30 June 2026. Tender opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same date in the presence of firm representatives, or on the next working day if a holiday is declared.
