Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd invites bids for the supply of miscellaneous items for PP 4060 Printer under tender reference LP/T-4154/26/AA. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure and covers various consumable and spare parts required for the PP 4060 Printer system. The procurement is managed by the Purchase Department at PSPC's facility located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, Pakistan. All supplies must be genuine PSi products with standard warranty coverage. The bidding documents are made available in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
Bidders must be authorized dealers of PSI (Printer Systems International) GmbH and must submit their authorization certificate along with the bid. Bidders are required to sign and stamp all pages of their bid documents. An earnest money deposit is required with all bids, which will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA platforms. Non-compliance with the mandatory conditions regarding authorized dealership status, genuine supplies, and warranty provisions will result in immediate rejection of the bid.
