National Highway Authority (NHA) invites e-Bids for the provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile and SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for a four-year period from 2026 to 2029. This procurement is advertised federally and encompasses three separate contracts covering weigh stations and equipment distributed across major national highways. Package I covers 67 weigh locations with 71 equipment units on routes M-1, M-14, N-5, N-55, N-35, and E-35. Package II includes 48 weigh locations with 50 equipment units on routes M-4, N-5, N-75, and N-135. Package III comprises 52 weigh locations with 52 equipment units on routes M-3, M-5, N-5, N-55, N-65, and N-25. The tender aims to ensure continuous operational support and maintenance of weighing infrastructure across Pakistan's national highway network.
Prospective bidders must meet strict eligibility requirements including valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active status as a Tax Payer on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and a valid Operator license from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bidders are required to submit comprehensive bid documents following a Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure, which includes technical and financial proposals. Bid security in the specified amount must accompany each submission. All bids must be electronically submitted through the NHA e-bidding portal and prepared strictly in accordance with the detailed instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Electronic bids must reach the NHA Finance Wing-Revenue Section office at 28-Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad on or before July 2, 2026 at 11:00 Hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 Hours the same day. Prospective bidders are strongly advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately as manual hard copy bids will be eliminated in future procurements.
