Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) is conducting an auction for the sale of six motorcycles located at the basement floor of NTC Headquarters building in Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. The motorcycles being auctioned include one Honda 70cc (2005), one Qingqi 100cc (2004), and four Yamaha 100cc motorcycles (1998-2006 models). The items will be sold on an as-is, where-is basis with no warranties or guarantees. All bid documents and auction proceedings will be conducted in Islamabad, Federal Province, with the tender reference number NTC/HQs/Admin/Auction/02.
Eligibility for bidding requires contractors, firms, and companies to be registered with relevant Pakistani tax authorities for NTN or GST registration. Bidders must submit a certificate on legal stamp paper certifying that the firm is not blacklisted by any government organization, is not involved in litigation with any government organization, and has no linkage with India or Israel regarding ownership, sponsoring, or financing. A bid security of PKR 7,800 must be deposited in advance as an earnest money deposit in the form of a pay order or bank draft.
Motorcycles may be inspected within two working days prior to the auction date between 1000 and 1500 hours with permission from the Deputy Director (Administration), NTC Headquarters. Sealed bids along with the bid security must be submitted by July 2, 2026 at 11:00 am at Room No. 408, 4th Floor, NTC Headquarters Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 am. All participants must present original CNIC and FBR registration certificates; only bidders whose CNIC copies are attached with submitted documents will be allowed to attend the auction. The top three to five highest bidders will participate in open auction bidding on a highest-bid-wins basis.
