Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites registration of qualified chemists to provide discounts on all patent medicines registered in the Red Book latest edition for employees in the Badin and Hyderabad regions of Sindh province. This is a complete package basis procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, with bids to be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14277, and bidders are required to download tender documents from the SSGC website and EPADS portal. Bid submission date has been extended to 6 July 2026 at 10:00 hours following Extension #3 notification dated 11 June 2026.
Eligibility requirements mandate that suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All bidders must submit a fixed bid bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand rupees only) in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of SSGC along with their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, and financial proposals of only technically compliant bidders will be opened on a later intimated date in the presence of bidder's representatives. No bid shall be entertained without the required bid bond or earnest money. Tender fee is free (Rs. 0).
Bidders must obtain complete tender documents from the SSGC website (www.ssgc.com.pk) or through EPADS. The physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Headquarters located at SSGC House, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy also uploaded on EPADS.
