Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) invites sealed competitive bids through EPADS as per PPRA rules for the supply of food and grocery commodities to PSB hostels at PSB headquarters in Islamabad and PSB coaching centers located in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar. The contract is for a period of one year on a day-to-day basis, extendable for a further period subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority. The scope encompasses provision of food and grocery items to support operations across five major locations in Federal territory and provincial centers.
Eligible applicants must be legally established entities or firms registered for GST and Income Tax purposes. Individuals applying in their personal capacity are not eligible. Bids must be prepared in English language and all supporting documents and correspondence shall also be in English. The PSB reserves the right to amend the bidding document by issuing addenda, which will be communicated in writing by posting to the PSB website. Applicants shall bear all costs associated with preparation and submission of bids, and PSB shall not be responsible for any such costs regardless of the bidding outcome.
Bid documents consist of Instructions to Bidders, Application Submission Form, Technical Evaluation Criteria, and Financial Bid listing food items. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS portal as per notification. The tender opening is scheduled for 28th June 2026 at 1130 hours. Interested bidders should obtain complete bid documents from the PSB website and submit their applications in accordance with the instructions provided.
