CCTV Cameras, 8-Port Switch and Air Conditioner Installation by COMSATS University Islamabad

COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus invites bids for the procurement of CCTV cameras (model 4590-18831), an 8-port network switch, and an air conditioning unit with professional installation services for the institution's data center facility located on Defence Road, Off Raiwind Road, Lahore, Punjab. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted through the PPRA EPADS portal under single-stage, one-envelope procurement procedure. The project scope includes supply and complete installation of all equipment at the Lahore Campus premises, with delivery required within 20 days of purchase order issuance.

Only registered suppliers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue with valid GST and Income Tax registration are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 and bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 20,000 in the form of bank deposit, CDR, or pay order crossed in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. Scanned copies of both instruments must be uploaded to PPRA EPADS along with the bid, while original bank instruments must be physically submitted before the tender closing time. A 5% retention from warranty item invoices will be held for one year following successful delivery and installation.

Bid documents must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS by June 29, 2026 at 1400 hours, with bids opening 30 minutes thereafter. The bid validity period is 90 days. Category-A items (CCTV cameras and 8-port switch) will be evaluated on an item-wise basis, while Category-B items (air conditioner installation) will be assessed on a turnkey basis.
