Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids and electronic quotations through EPADS from eligible vendors for the procurement of Ceiling Cassette Heat and Cool 8 Way Air Discharge Air Conditioner units rated at 4.0 ton capacity. This Single Stage Single Sealed Envelope tender is issued by the Local Purchases Commercial Section, Supply Chain Management Department of PIA, headquartered at Karachi Airport in Sindh province. The tender document specifies complete technical specifications, delivery requirements, and commercial terms for supply of the air conditioning equipment to PIA's operations.
Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized distributors with manufacturer authorization letters, general order suppliers, wholesalers, stockists, or related trade entities. Local bidders must provide a tender fee of Rs 15,000 (non-refundable) and earnest money of Rs 50,000 in the form of pay orders issued by scheduled banks. Successful bidders will be required to furnish an additional security deposit of Rs 80,000 upon contract award. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Hard copies of bids with original bid security instruments must also be submitted to the undersigned before the deadline.
