Sukkur IBA University invites sealed bids for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 50 kilowatt hybrid solar power system at its Kandhkot Campus in Sukkur, Sindh Province. This tender document PROC/EPADS/0104/25-26 contains complete specifications, bill of quantities, conditions of contract and evaluation criteria for the hybrid solar installation project. The project aims to enhance renewable energy capacity and reduce operational costs at the university's remote campus location through modern solar technology integrated with grid connectivity or battery storage systems.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant provincial or federal authorities, possess valid tax registration certificates, and demonstrate technical capability and financial stability to execute the works. A bidding security equivalent to a percentage of the estimated contract value must be submitted with each bid.
