Description / Scope of Work
The District Health Authority Gujrat invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the tender of Parking and Canteen Services at Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender comprises two separate service contracts: Tender of Canteen with an estimated cost of Rs. 365,925 and Tender of Parking with an estimated cost of Rs. 359,625. The services are required for the operation and management of parking facilities and canteen operations at the government medical facility located in Lalamusa, Punjab. The tender is issued by the Medical Superintendent of Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa under the supervision of District Health Authority Gujrat.
Eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) to obtain bidding documents. For each service contract, bidders are required to provide bid security of Rs. 150,000. All pages of Technical and Financial Bids should be clearly marked as 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Bidders must attach the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of quoted items with their Financial Bid as specified in the tender advertisement. The firm is bound to attach CDR of the quoted items with the Financial Bid.
Bidding documents are available for purchase until 29-06-2026 at 11:00 am from the office of the Medical Superintendent at Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa. Sealed bids must be submitted to the same office by 11:00 am on 29-06-2026 and will be opened the following day at 11:30 am on 30-06-2026 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
