Description / Scope of Work
Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan invites sealed electronic bids from qualified firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers registered for income tax and sales tax for the procurement of green house structure with accessories and research material under Project PARB-25-085. The procurement comprises four separate lots with estimated costs: LOT-01 Green House Structure Rs. 7,734,000, LOT-02 Fertilizer and Pesticide Rs. 700,000, LOT-03 Seeds and Miscellaneous Items Rs. 1,852,000, and LOT-04 Chemicals Rs. 1,000,000. The total estimated project value is approximately Rs. 11,286,000. Bidders must demonstrate established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. The procurement will be conducted on a DDP basis in Multan, Punjab following a single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, rule 38(2)(a).
Eligible bidders must be registered income tax and sales tax filers with established credentials. Bid security is required at 2% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots as applicable. All bidding documents including technical specifications, general conditions of contract, and required forms are available through the official procurement portals. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates are mandatory, and bidders must provide affidavits, bidder profile forms and general information forms as specified in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents are available at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS before the deadline. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on 29 June 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
