Description / Scope of Work
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, and companies as well as authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of janitorial items. This annual tender is conducted through a national competitive bidding process using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is managed by the Chief Executive Officer at the RWMC head office located in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab. Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) immediately after publication.
Prospective bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors, or firms registered with the Income Tax Department. Original bid security in hard form must be submitted in hard copy to the RWMC Head Office at 81-A/1, Iran Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi by the closing date and time. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements.
Bids are to be submitted online through the EPADS website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) following the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical bid opening will be conducted on the same day as submission through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The tender closes on 27 June 2026 at 11:00 hours with technical bid opening at 11:30 hours the same day.
