Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites competitive bids for the procurement and installation of name plates, signboards and panaflexes at Govt. College of Technology Thoha Bahadur in Chakwal, Punjab. The tender is for a single package valued at PKR 2,100,000 and is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using an Accumulative Cost Basis Least Cost Method. This procurement aims to enhance the college's infrastructure and campus signage. The tender is open to active tax bidders registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax departments in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and submit original bid security of PKR 52,500 (equivalent to 2.5 percent of the estimated amount) in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made in favor of TEVTA Non Salary. The bid security must be submitted physically at the designated address prior to the electronic bid opening. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The bidding process follows strict compliance requirements under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded by interested bidders. All bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 30th June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
