Description / Scope of Work
Public Health Engineering Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through EPADS for Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) of electrical and mechanical works for water supply schemes. Two separate schemes are offered: AM&R for Water Supply Scheme in PHE Sub-Division Swabi and AM&R for Water Supply Scheme in PHE Sub-Division Lahor, both located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender is conducted on a single stage two envelope basis in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPPRA) Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the Provincial Enlistment Committee.
Eligible firms and contractors must possess Electric Inspector Certificate Class-E issued by the Electric Inspector Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and certificate of ownership of a local workshop within the jurisdiction of District Swabi issued by the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Mardan. Bidders must have specialized PEC registration codes including CE 09, ME05, ME06, ME07, EE04, EE05, or EE11 (Solar or General Electrical Works). Minimum three years of satisfactory past experience in relevant works is mandatory. All bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and tender form fee of 0.03% of the Engineer's estimate cost.
Bid Solicitation Documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer on any working day for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 PKR deposited as CDR. Technical bids must be submitted through EPADS and financial bids in sealed envelopes marked 'Financial Proposal' not later than 29th June 2026 at 10:00 A.M. The Technical Proposal will be opened by the Procurement Committee at 10:30 A.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
