Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Battagram, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS portal for annual maintenance and repair of pipe lines and civil works of completed water supply schemes in Battagram District during the financial year 2026-27. Two work packages are being procured with estimated costs of 4.00 million rupees each for Tehsil Battagram and Tehsil Allai respectively. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure and is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with relevant authorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must possess valid PEC registration for 2025-26, valid enlistment certificates from the Works Department, valid KPPRA forms, and valid FBR registration. Contractors must provide updated audit reports covering the period from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025, and submit affidavits confirming no litigation with PHED Division Battagram and no previous notices regarding delays or stoppages of public works. Bid security of 2 percent is required, with additional security provisions for bids quoted 10 percent or more below the engineer's estimate as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines. Bidders must also provide work orders for previously completed projects of similar nature and scope.
Bid documents including detailed bills of quantities and bidding instructions are available for download from the EPADS website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk and from the PHED Office Battagram. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS and in sealed envelopes sent via registered courier to the Office of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Battagram by June 29, 2026 at 12:05 noon. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:05 PM, with clarifications accepted until June 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The opening date and time for financial bids will be announced following technical bid evaluation.
