Description / Scope of Work
Paraplegic Center Peshawar invites sealed electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of four categories of goods and services. The tender encompasses Ortho workshop and clubfoot home items valued at Rs 200,000, general maintenance hygiene items and civil works at Rs 50,000, IT stationery and printing supplies at Rs 50,000, and electric and sanitary items at Rs 50,000. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS to participate. The procurement is being conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with bids uploaded on or before specified closing dates in July 2026.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Federal Board of Revenue registration and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders are required to submit an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Chief Executive Officer Paraplegic Center to the Procurement office prior to tender opening. No Pay Order or Cheque will be accepted. Additionally, firms must register with Income Tax, sales tax, Professional tax, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The tender follows a single-stage-single-envelope process for items 1-4 and a single-stage-two-envelope process with pre-bid meeting on 30 June 2026 for assistive devices and allied items.
Bidding documents can be accessed and downloaded from the official E-Pak Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must contain updated information according to mandatory requirements. Tender opening occurs at 11:30 AM on the respective tender opening dates with bidders or their representatives present. Paraplegic Center Peshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all electronic bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA.
