Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), operating under the Ministry of Housing and Works in Islamabad, invites an Expression of Interest for the appointment of advertising agencies to handle display, classified advertisements, publicity assignments and media services for a two-year period as per Press Information Department (PID) guidelines 2021. The scope includes print, electronic, digital media, social media and outdoor advertising as well as cinema advertising services. The assignment will be managed from the Public Relations Officer/Deputy Director Media Affairs office located at FGEHA, 10-Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad, Federal Province. This is an open competition tender for qualified service providers.
Eligible applicants must be advertising agencies currently enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field. Agencies must be active tax payers according to the latest Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) list and cannot be suspended or blacklisted. Interested agencies should submit their profiles, sketches, story boards, preliminary designs and art works for various media types to demonstrate their capabilities and experience in advertising and media management.
Submissions should be directed to the Deputy Director (Media Affairs) at FGEHA Room No. 35, Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad with a deadline of 29 June 2026. Selection and appointment will be conducted according to the guidelines and procedures outlined in the Press Information Department's advertisements policy 2021 (as amended in 2022).
