Sukkur IBA University invites bids electronically through EPADS on a single stage one envelope procedure for the procurement of various items for the university and its campuses. The tender reference is Tender Proc/EPADS/0105 and includes thirteen categories of goods: desktop computers, furniture and fixtures, water chillers, electronic items, printing and stationery, license renewal of TrendMicro endpoint security, tablet PCs, RFID card printers, EE lab items, electric items, photocopiers, hygiene items, and SIBAIJ letters. The estimated cost is mentioned in the procurement plan in the tender document, with bid security set at 2 percent of the estimated cost. The university is located in Sukkur, Sindh province, and welcomes bids from eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must possess valid business registration and licenses as required. Bidders are requested to submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted. The bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost should be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of Sukkur IBA University. All bidding documents must be prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender documentation, which can be downloaded from the official websites or obtained through EPADS portal.
Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted through EPADS as per the tender schedule. The submission period runs from June 15, 2026 to July 2, 2026 with submission closing at 03:00 PM through EPADS. The opening of bids will take place on July 2, 2026 at 03:30 PM through EPADS. Bidders are directed to download documents from www.iba-suk.edu.pk, https://portalsindheprocure.gov.pk, or submit electronically through EPADS.
