Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI) Islamabad invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids for the procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27 under Tender Notice No.F-2-5/2026-(1). The tender encompasses thirteen distinct categories of procurement including outsourcing of security services, disposal of infectious waste and sharps, purchase of electric and allied items, sanitary store items, general store items, hospital linen and allied items, stationery and purchase-to-filing of lopers, dietary items, repair and maintenance services for computers and printers with photo state machines, CCTV cameras, furniture and fixtures, electro medical equipment, and air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including dispensers and mortuary chillers. The procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 with extensible till finalization of new contracts. All goods and services procured will be used to support the operations and maintenance of the Federal Government Polyclinic located in Islamabad, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and comply with all Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made in the name of the Executive Director FGPC as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents. Bidders are required to upload copies of Undertakings on judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR along with their bids on EPADS; however, original judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR must be submitted to the hospital before or on the scheduled date and time of bid opening. Single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 06, 2026 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at Monday, July 06, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Those vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Rule 53(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
