Description / Scope of Work
The University of Health Sciences, Lahore invites bids for the tender UHS/PUR/MDCAT/26/335 covering the procurement of printing of MCQs response forms, paper reams, stationery items, miscellaneous items, original toners, and printed flex banners for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026. The total estimated cost is PKR 6,512,022 divided into seven lots: printing of MCQs response forms (PKR 750,000), procurement of paper reams (PKR 2,972,920), stationery items (PKR 441,889), miscellaneous items (PKR 1,302,213), and original toners in two separate lots (PKR 372,000 and PKR 57,000), and printed flex banner (PKR 616,000). The procurement is being conducted by the University of Health Sciences at Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore in Punjab province.
Bids are invited from sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders must be registered with sales tax and income tax authorities. Each bid must be accompanied by a refundable bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, bank cheque, or pay order drawn in favor of the Treasurer University of Health Sciences, Lahore. The tender follows single stage two envelope bidding procedures containing separately the financial and technical proposals as per EPAD's PPRA Punjab under Rule 38(2)(a).
Bidding documents are available on the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk) and PPRA Punjab website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) from the date of publication. Bids can only be quoted on EPADS PPRA Punjab portal by 3:00 PM on 30-06-2026, and the tender will be opened at 3:30 PM by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firm representatives.
