Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for renting out the 1st floor (approximately 8230 square feet) of NTC RHQ Building located at 6 Race Course Road in Lahore, Punjab. The lease is offered for an initial period of three years, which may be extended by mutual consent of both parties and can be terminated with three months prior notice from either side. This tender notice (DNTC-LH/Renting Bldg/2025-26) provides the complete specifications and conditions for interested bidders to submit their rental proposals for this commercial space.
Bidders must submit tender security or earnest money equivalent to 5% of the monthly bid value in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. Eligible bidders must possess an NTN Certificate with a copy of their CNIC and a Certificate of Non-Blacklisting from any Government or Semi-Government department. All pages of the bid documents must be numbered and duly signed by authorized personnel along with the company seal. The tender security may be forfeited if a bidder withdraws during bid validity or fails to accept bid price corrections. For successful bidders, failure to furnish required advance rent as security or sign the contract will also result in forfeiture.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes delivered in person or via registered mail to the Director, NTC Lahore at 06 Race Course Road, Lahore, with a closing time of 11:00 Hours on 2 July 2026 and opening at 11:30 Hours the same day. No open, e-mailed, or faxed bids will be accepted. Rental rates quoted should be in Pakistani Rupees and are exclusive of taxes, Right of Way (ROW), NOC, utility charges (electricity, gas, water, POL, telephone), janitorial services, commercialization fees, and design approval fees, all payable by the lessee. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date.
