Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Polyclinic (FGMI) Islamabad invites eligible E-bids from bidders for the procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender notice covers thirteen different procurement items including security services, infectious waste disposal services, electrical and allied items, sanitary store items, general store items, hospital linen and allied items, stationery and purchase-filing of toners, dietary items, computer hardware and software maintenance and repair, CCTV camera repair and maintenance, furniture and fixture repair, electro-medical equipment repair and maintenance, and air conditioning and refrigeration equipment services. The procurement aims to support the operational requirements of the Federal Government Polyclinic located in Islamabad, Federal Province.
All bids must be submitted through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and must comply with the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 06, 2026 10:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security described in the Bid Security Section, in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made in the name of the Executive Director FGPC.
Detailed bid documents containing terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendor.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders are requested to upload copies of undertakings on judicial pages and pay order CDR along with their bids on EPADS, while original judicial papers and pay order CDR should be submitted at the hospital before the scheduled opening date and time. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Rule 33(1) of the PPRA Rules 2004.
