Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi intends to undertake the provision and installation of an RFID system for the removal of median at Kh-e-Ittehad x Zulfiqar Street in Phase VIII DHA Karachi, Sindh. This project is open to sealed bids submitted under a single stage one envelope procedure. The tender fee is Rs. 500 (non-refundable) and eligible bidders must be enlisted with PDOHA Karachi and hold valid PEC registration for the year 2026. The scope of work encompasses the complete provision, installation, and commissioning of the RFID system as per the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.
Bidders must possess PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration for 2026 and be duly enlisted with PDOHA Karachi to qualify for participation. Financial bids should be submitted in one original and one copy format. All documentation requirements and compliance with DHA's regulations and bye-laws are mandatory. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its discretion under applicable rules and regulations.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Development Directorate office at Plot No. 179, Defence Avenue, Opp Emaar Towers, Ph-VIII DHA Karachi from June 17, 2026 to June 24, 2026 upon written request and payment of the non-refundable bid document fee. Financial bids must be delivered on or before 1030 hours on June 29, 2026, with proposals opening at 1100 hours the same day.
