Description / Scope of Work
Wah Industries Limited, Shotgun Ammunition Factory, a production unit based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of CCTV Cameras as per detailed specifications outlined in the tender schedule. This is a local purchase tender for security surveillance equipment to be supplied on a free delivery basis to the factory premises near Budho Station, Wah Cantt. The tender enquiry reference is 05-LP-CCTV CAMERAS-PUR-SGAF-WIL 2025-26, dated 11-05-2026, and the contract shall be awarded to technically and commercially qualified bidders.
Eligibility requirements mandate that suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and furnish a valid Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 via Pay Order in favour of the CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd., and a bid security amount of Rs. 50,000 as a Pay Order from a scheduled bank. Local agents or firms submitting bids must accompany their offer with the tender fee. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee at 10% of the contract value prior to contract placement.
Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes using the single stage two envelope method: Part I containing technical offer with specifications, brochures, validity date, and delivery schedule (without price), and Part II containing commercial offer with price and payment terms. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 days from tender opening. Bids must be submitted to POF's Bid Centre, Room No. 03, Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt (Post Code 47040) before 1100 hrs on 01-07-2026 (Wednesday), with tender opening at 1200 hours on the same date.
