Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, through its Real Estate Department Hyderabad, invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an IP-based CCTV cameras system with all associated inputs at the State Life Building in Larkana, Sindh. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding system via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and is referenced as RE-HYD/CCTV/LRK/2026. The project encompasses complete procurement and implementation of a modern IP-based CCTV surveillance system including all necessary hardware, software, cabling, infrastructure and auxiliary equipment required for the building's security monitoring needs.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with EPAD and PEC Registration, and to maintain an active presence on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) taxpayers list as applicable. Bidders must submit original bid security of PKR 20,000 in hard copy format along with their electronic submissions on EPADS. Bids received conditionally, telegraphically, after the specified deadline, or without original hard copy documentation will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from the date of publication until 06-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Completed bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by the same deadline, with physical opening scheduled for 06-07-2026 at 11:30 A.M at State Life Building, 7th Floor, Real Estate Department, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad in the presence of an official committee and bidder representatives. In case of any government-declared public holiday or unfavourable circumstances, the tender opening shall be rescheduled to the next working day at the same venue and time.
